Very bad service, very unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing. They kept alternating between people to complete my treatment. Had to tell the beautician how to complete my pedicure as she was the wax lady not the nail lady and she didn’t know what she was doing. Then proceeded to sit in the chair for 30 minutes waiting for my “gel” nail polish to dry. took 2 hours for a rubbish service. Would not recommend overpriced and unprofessional and had the nerve to charge me extra

There’s a lot of glue still on my eye, my lashes don’t look like individual they’re kind of in chunks. I felt my lash rip off as she was taking the silicone thing off. I’m just disappointed, I’ll go home and try using a spoulie to brush out my lashes but idk.
