Felt pressured to have shellac rather than the minimanicure I booked, so ended up paying more - understand shellac lasts longer, but felt unable to say no. The wax stuck to my pants then stuck to my skin, they had trouble removing it which waspainful

Stylist was ten minutes late and salon was not open so I was stood outside concerned they were closed. A shop worker next door came and opened up and told me she was in traffic.
The haircut was exceptionally poor, she used straighteners to flat iron my hair before cutting the ends only with scissors and then used clippers to trim the ends. No spray bottle used whatsover, and I'm left with my hair longer on one side than the other and many uneven pieces.
