My partner Phil and I have been going to Gemma for many years now and it is always a lovely experience. Gemma always listens and is interested in how I feel about my hair, she knows exactly what suits me and is very honest to say what possibly wouldn't suit me. VIP are very professional yet also very friendly, they make sure you are OK, offer a drink as soon as you enter the salon and I am always greeted with a smile. It's a lovely, warm, friendly atmosphere. We will keep going to see Gemma!

Having hair extensions added in recently I was really anxious that I would be adding complexity to my appt for full head highlights and cut but Gemma as always put my mind at ease assuring me it wasn't an issue and they could work with them no problem, and thats what she did, checking in with me about cut and what I wanted and delivering as always beautiful colour and a gorgeous cut! Gemma and VIP crew as always wonderfully welcoming and attentive, recommended highly to anyone 💯
