The whole experience was great. All the staff were helpful, friendly and supportive. Danni was exceptional and very experienced. She also gave me some really helpful tips. I was so pleased with my haircut that I am going to be a regular customer and have already made another appointment.

My partner Phil and I have been going to Gemma for many years now and it is always a lovely experience. Gemma always listens and is interested in how I feel about my hair, she knows exactly what suits me and is very honest to say what possibly wouldn't suit me. VIP are very professional yet also very friendly, they make sure you are OK, offer a drink as soon as you enter the salon and I am always greeted with a smile. It's a lovely, warm, friendly atmosphere. We will keep going to see Gemma!
