Great environment. Welcome at the door, customer focus is A1.
Served tea on a tray with biscuit and individual tea pot and milk jug.
Gemma immediately welcomes me back and seats me to enquire about me and what i wish for today. Offers professional advice to make sure my needs and wishes are clear.
When my colour is complete, the shampoo and conditioner with perfect head massage, is enhanced by the massaging recliner!
The cut as always is the best ever, attention to detail is tops.

I've been coming to this salon for over 15 years now. I only come four times a year, but always have a very good experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and all are very experienced. As it is a small salon the staff work very hard at full capacity and are always very busy. However, they try very hard to fit you in for the date and time you request for your next appointment.
The salon is always clean, tidy and comfortable with good music and refreshments if required.
