All of the ladies at VIP are friendly and welcoming. Gemma always colours and styles my hair exactly how I like it. We have a consultation each time and she really takes the time to discuss what I would like and the best way to achieve it. She is so knowledgeable in her trade and will offer advice on styling and products. I especially love the massaging chairs at the sink. I do love coming for my pamper and always leave feeling very relaxed and happy!
