I've been going to VIP now for over 2 years, Gemma is lovely, kind, friendly, and considerate, especially with my recent back problems and surgery, so very caring and helpful during my recovery..

On time, Gemma knows how I like my hair to be styled and by going every 5 weeks it never gets out of control!
It’s always a pleasant way to spend 1/2 hour. The salon is professional but friendly and looked especially cheerful this week as it had very attractive Christmas decorations in place.
I would highly recommend VIP
