I had to write this review as I'm a regular there. I was introduced by my friend when I visited her near the salon. I was really impressed by the quality of service and the skills the therapists have, though I don't live near by but I always go there as I know I will service a satisfactory service and as I know the therapists well. People complain about many things but I don't find any faults here, the therapist only follow what customers say and when they don't like their new looks they end up blaming the salon or the staff, but it's actually the customers fault. I experienced how skilled and helpful these staff are. If the customers are not happy with any treatment they should say it whilst at the salon not go home and write a negative review which is not helpful and not truthful. The therapist I witness here are very helpful and hard working. Me and My friend Alice love you guys, you're the pros....
Had a wonderful full pedicure in the nice massage chair. This is by far the best pedicure I've had. The staff were extremely professional and kind.

Had to write a comment because I think the 5 stars are very misleading. The lady herself is so lovely buto ultimately the end result determines the experience. My eyebrows came out a disaster. Before they were thick ...now they are unshapely and way too thin which temporary tint was used to disguise. I'm so annoyed. It takes ages to grow eyebrow hair but 10 minutes for someone to completely destroy and over do it despite asking for just a clean up. My natural eyeshape has been destroyed. I won't use this service again as I'm not convinced by the quality. I've had good eyebrow experiences on this website that I'll have to go back to.
