I attended my appointment on time after booking it 2 weeks in advance and was told i would have a 45 minute wait. I agreed to come back 2 hours later. The lady who did my nails was friendly And nails look nice however I also had my eyebrows waxed. When I got home and looked in the mirror I saw a large burn between my eyebrows from the wax which is painful and I’m struggling to cover with concealer. Overall a very bad experience. I am very disappointed.
