I had a lovely experience in the actual salon itself. Sam was really friendly and kind, there was a great selection of colours and the manicure and pedicure looked gorgeous when I left. However, 4 days after application a huge chunk came off one nail, then another two the next day. When I emailed the salon to let them know and ask them to fix it, they completely ignored me. No offer to fix it, not even a response, and I'm now left with chipped, scruffy nails I'll have to pay yet more £ to fix.

I did email the salon after a few days of having my hair done, I paid a extra amount when I arrived for a root colour on top off what I had all ready paid. With in days the grey was showing through. The colour of all my hair looks mismatched very disappointed. Last time I had it done there it was beautiful but this time so unhappy and my hair is coming out everytime it’s washed
