Staff were friendly but I felt the wax was quite rough and was left with a burn.

It was really just ok, the Salon was filled with flies so having the first treatment wasn’t nice because I could hear them buzzing around the very small room. There was an adorable little girl there who’s mum was doing my treatment but she kept needing her mum so the treatment was stop start constantly. I didn’t feel relaxed or pampered at all. Salons should be an oasis of calm not fruit flies and children!!
The individual staff were very nice people but not really a ‘Salon’ experience I’m normally used to.
