This was my second visit to the salon - the first time I came it had just opened up and was very quiet which I really liked as I felt like I was given the appropriate attention. This time it was very busy in the salon (maybe a bit too busy!) but I was seen to right away which was great. I wasn't offered a drink until over an hour into my appointment which was quite disappointing but I put that down to the salon being very busy - great that business is booming and I understand why as it's great value! I was concerned that the nail tools used weren't sterilised/cleaned at all and were freely being used on multiple people at once. My gel toes look good but I wasn't overly happy with my gel finger nails which felt rushed, however when I mentioned this to the other beauty therapist, Tina, she was kind enough to stay longer and correct it for me. She went above and beyond what I expected but it was a shame she had to do this in the first place as it wasted her time and mine.
Overall, this is a great place to get a quick treatment like eyebrows as they're very thorough but if you stay here for a longer treatment like nails, don't expect to feel too comfortable as the salon can get overcrowded and the quality of treatment may slip, especially when it's busy.
If I come back, I'll be booking my appointment with Tina! Thanks again.
