My lash lift was good (I’ve had better elsewhere though) but I won’t be returning. The main problem was the lack of communication. The beautician needs to be mindful the client has their eyes closed whilst getting lashes done so doesn’t have a clue what’s going on around them. So just wandering in and out of the room, having other staff members enter and talk between each other without warning is just rude.
Places I’ve been before play relaxing music, offer a blanket, let the client know what’s going to happen next, must up a bit of chitchat. Here I just felt on edge and couldn’t wait for it to be over.
It’s a shame as I had high hopes for the salon with all the good reviews.

It was a little bit hectic / messy in the salon but the treatment itself was ok
