Nico was welcoming as always, we discussed changes to my hairstyle and he understood exactly what I wanted and explained how he would do the cut. The he gave me the usual relaxing wash and head massage. Nico and all the staff are very understanding of my hearing loss, so I feel very comfortable. I trust Nico to do a good job. Lots of compliments on the new cut, so thank you Nico!
