The lady was friendly, but she was very busy that day and during my leg waxing she had a few phone calls, which she took. Which is fine, however I would of preferred if she concentrated a little more. Its partly my fault for not checking afterwards. But when i got back home and checked my legs there was a few hairs that was not completely pulled off. So in that respect had she fully been aware, maybe it could of been a little bit better.
