Friendly practitioner who did a quick, pain free wax.

The therapist was clearly rushed and used strip wax to speed up the appointment. The wax was too hot and burnt me rather badly. I checked the area once she said she was done and had to ask her to redo a few patches as there were still hairs visible. Not a very thorough job, understaffed and not the cleanest.

Quite a tatty venue. Wasn’t greeted by staff so left hanging around unsure if I was even in the right place. Although the waxist was friendly her technique was poor and rushed, meaning it was more painful than usual and there was quite a poor finish. In honesty I felt resentful paying for it.
