Booked and paid for appointment. I turn up and they have no idea about booking and tell me they can’t see me today. Oh, but I can wait for an hour if I want... no thanks. Can’t quite fathom how this place functions as a business. Have complained to Treatwell but no response about my refund yet.

firstly I was pretty much stopped at the door and asked by three different staff members to show them my receipt for my treatment, I’d barely even walked in the door at this point and said what I was having done, secondly I noticed that not all the equipment that was being used was being disinfected. When my nails were being filed using the electric file the lady kept nicking my skin which was particularly painful. Wouldn’t recommend going back
