I had to wait for an hour after my agreed appointment time to be seen. Otherwise the service was good and I am happy with the end result.

I had my appointment on time and had my SNS done. The member of staff doing was new to SNS so it took a long time so I have to come back on the next day to have my pedicure done. The manager was very accommodating.

Many of the occasions I have been here I have had to wait a little even with a booking but it tends to be worth it cuz the nails that I've got done here have always lasted quite well even if it is just polish n paint the only thing I would say is that I wish they did work to a clear time schedule but apart from that they are a good nail shop.
