Salon dirty and dated. I was ignored for twenty mins even though I had booked. Beautician very very rude. Treatment was awful. The eyelash extensions were stuck to my eyelid skin not my lashes. And attached under my lashes so I could see them looking out at all times. As attached to my skin my eyes became sore and I had to get them removed at a reputable salon. Which was painful as they had been attached to my skin. They were horrified by my extensions and advised that this person was not trained and should not be offering this service. The treatments cost nearly £70 and I had to pay 20 elsewhere to have them removed. Really bad do not get eyelash extensions here. Just nails

It was good, they know how to have a laugh but my nails are all different sizes and looks like my 7 year old painted them

I booked my appointment AND paid for my service online but when I got to the salon the woman just looked at me blankly, and when I said I was there for an eyebrow appointment her response was 'the girls not here'
No interest in elaborating on the situation and absolutely no sympathy when I said I'd already paid for the service.
"you'll have to talk to treatwell"
Honestly can't remember the last time I received such poor customer service

Paru did an amazing job. Unfortunatly I can't say the same about the manicure, after one day the nail polish started coming off. Even if I looked after it carfully.
