I have been coming to paru for nearly two years for eyelash extensions this time I got them done were the worst lashes I ever have had. I never wanted to leave a bad review as paru is a lovely woman however they were so bad I now have no real eyelashes left. They were all clumped together around 20 individual lashes were glued onto one of my natural lashes. After not even a week of having the lashes done I have had to take them off as they looked horrendous. I was coming in every two weeks for lashes so I am a loyal customer and I would like a refund on this particular occasion please can I be provided with a email address so I can send pictures of the lashes. Also the ‘new’ staff in the salon were having full blown arguments on the shop floor when I having my service done. This used to be a great salon but the new staff are so bad for your business.
Terrible experience. I came early and had to wait for my appointment I had booked. There was many people waiting and getting upset as they had not been seen for 4 hours. It is cheap, but you get what you pay for. The place is nasty. The staff look over worked and tired. My nails looked okay but standards are terrible, they lasted less than a week before they broke. I always have my nails done and never had that before. Its all so rushed. Do not expect to be seen straight away or even that day at. I would rather go somewhere and pay 5pound more than pay cheap and have the worst experience overall. Book at your own risk.
I went inside and there were 2 nails technicians doing nails and 3 girls waiting, no one acknowledged me. Another nail technician came at the time I was supposed to start my appointment and proceeded to do my nails immediately, but one of the customers who was waiting turned nasty because she had been waiting for longer but had no appointment booked so I had priority, no one knew how to deal with that. The manager came in and looked a bit lost to be honest. The nails were fine and so far they haven’t cracked or anything, but she didn’t really take care of them. Not a bad job but the place needs to be sorted out!! You need someone who greets customers, you need to clean the place and you need to explain policies to your customers, I don’t wanna come in and fight with them cause they didn’t book appointments.
