I didn't even get seen. I arrived early for my appointment only to be told that they double booked and I'll have to come back tomorrow. Disappointed.

Genuinely worst experience I’ve ever had in a salon. Filthy, chaotic, no idea of which treatments clients are having, huge delays, staff fighting with each other and with clients, no reception, no record of bookings, terrible haircut, kids of staff mates running round unchecked, dirt and dust everywhere. Avoid at all costs!
