Awful. The shop is visibly dirty, with hair and dirt on all surfaces. I was taken to the treatment room via the filthy staff kitchen that had clothing drying in, and asked to lay on a bed with the previous clients wax all over. I had to request fresh paper, and fresh wax and they were double dipping (extremely unhygenic!). The wax was burning hot and applied up to 4-5 times on the same spot leaving me extremely sore (it was a Brazilian!). The technique was poor, the hair were broken, rather than pulled at the root so I was left with patchy stubble with in a few days. The technician was a very sweet lady, who ought to find a better job at a more reputable place that can give her training.
