Booked an appointment for 1pm, wasn’t seen until 45 minutes later. Nail lady spent ages drilling my nails I’ll be surprised if I have a nail bed after this treatment. Poorly organised shop with a lack of nail polishes.
Only Accomodating people were the managers, the nail technicians were unprofessional and very slow. Won’t be coming back again.

I had to wait for an hour despite making an appointment and ended up spending about 3 hours in the shop. My nails were not in the shape I requested and the nails on each hand did not match. Very disappointed!
