Waited for an hour and a half to be seen. There was a lot of people standing around and you didn’t know what service everyone was waiting for. It was very unprofessional and I highly doubt I will be going back

Most dirty and unorganised salon ive ever seen every time I've had an appointment I've been seen atleast 40mins late don't have a booking system when your making me wait in line with everyone else and put people before me who have just walked in very appalling standards here should be shut down
I did not have the treatment. After a 10/15 minute wait I was told that the therapist was busy for another 10 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting, I left. I understand being retarded, but this is ridiculous
