Nails were not done properly, nail techs wasted time and made the appointment after 30 mins late. Main manager was very friendly and helped me get it done.

I wouldn’t recommend the place for hairdressing. The staff were friendly and polite but the place wasn’t very professional and having pain a large amount of money before hand it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting. I wasn’t offered a drink or anything and the lady seemed quite unsure of what she was doing. I must take some responsibility here for not reading the reviews before booking,

Owner is always friendly and remembers all the customers names and faces. Had a really speedy and professional service. Was also up -sold other treatments by staff so I now think I will be going there to get my hair done as well
