The general cleanliness and set up of the salon needs improving as it was messy and unwelcoming when I attended my appointment. However the actual gel nail removal I had was good.

Second time there and shall be coming back. All the staff are nice and friendly. Did not have to wait long to be seen and was served by a lovely lady called Annie. Would definately recommend this place and good value for money!
