Left me sitting for 5 hours and didn’t do my hair ... plus braids could neater

first time having anything done here. First of all this is not the place to go for a relaxing service the salon is so loud you cannot relax the lady doing my service even had her own headphones in listening to music (very professional).... She glued a lot of the eyelashes to my eyelid instead of my actual eyelashes. She was using her finger nails to separate the eyelashes instead of using the tools which then her very long nails kept poking me in the eye this also is so unhygienic. After getting someone else to sort my eyelashes out I definitely will not return or recommend.

The staff is nice, but the place isn’t cleaned and I wasn’t too happy with my new nails. Acrylic removal was done great and eyebrows ok. Not coming back though.
