Got to the venue with a few minutes to spare before my appointment and was shown to a cramped, visibly dirty waiting area. Despite having an appointment, had to wait over 40 minutes before actually starting the treatment. The manager did come over to apologise and say they were shortstaffed, but only after the best part of 20 minutes and did not provide any updates, despite me asking. The treatment itself was fine: they had a good selection of colours for my nails and the staff was clearly experienced. However, I did get worried by the lack of even basic hygiene (for example, tweezers and other accessories were reused for multiple clients without being washed or disinfected first), and the general mood was quite tense as several other customers were growing restless and complaining about the long waiting time. It was cheap, and that was really the only positive thing it had going for it. The treatment felt rushed and I definitely did not feel valued as a customer but had a sense of being just part of an assembly line. I guess it was ok, but I will definitely not be going back.

The worst nail place I have ever been to in my whole entire life. Booked for 6:15 was only then seen to at 7:15. Everyone before me had been waiting hours. Someone had also been cut by the nail technician and so was bleeding. Finally sat down and was rushed so much that so many things went wrong. My nails are all uneven. I have nail varnish all over my skin. The paint is bumpy and they are all different shapes. After all this they then make up there prices! Was told five different prices and kept changing. The manager also treats the staff like slaves so rude and I think that’s why the staff don’t want to do a good job. Only just got out of the salon at half 8. Waste of money and time. Will be getting my nails done tomorrow by a completely different salon. AVOUD THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS!

The actual place need to have. A proper clean if people don’t want to have any infection and diseases!
I have been waiting for45 min before to get the wax! But I need to say the beautician is very nice and sweet is a pity that she s working there ! I love just recommend her as a good one
