The nails have lasted nearly a week now, which is lovely but the experience itself was not that great. The salon was not opened on time without any explanation or reassurance. There were too many clients signed up for the same time, so the person doing mine had to rush and wasn’t as attentive to detail as I would have liked. Pushing back cuticles without soaking or softening them really hurt.

Awful experience. I left with wonky hair that's simultaneously dry and sticky, scratches on my scalp and burns (hairdryer) on my neck. Booked a wash, cut (only wanted a trim and a little thinning) and blow dry. Stylist was clearly in a hurry to leave and rushed the whole thing through in 25 minutes. Insisted on drying my hair before cutting, then yanked blunt thinning scissors through at the end. I wish I'd walked straight out when she didn't even bother saying hello but just pointed to the chair.
