I'm very unhappy with my visit. First,they didn't even know I'm coming. Then they said they don't do facial massage that I booked online. But beautician decided to impovise. Then they had no oil so i had to wait while they go to the shop to buy it. Instead of 30 min masafe lasted 10. She said the while process was 30 (I guess me waiting for the oil to arrive). Also not a clean place. I don't recommend it.

Great manicure although I ordered Shellac I noticed the base and top coats were gel nail varnish and not shellac. The main colour was shellac. They seem to take walk ins and appointments in the order you walk in. However customer service (such as laying down paper towels for hands) going the extra mile with my nails means I got exactly what I paid for and more than I expected. Take off Shellac very quick and easy with buffer no need to sit and wait for soaking. Would recommend, noticed place very popular and busy with younger clientele.

The staff don't give you enough time to decide on a colour, the entire treatment feels very rushed
