They need to improve, the technician didn't take off the nail polish completely and she painted over the new nail polish. She missed so many spots and you can see the nails are having bumps and are uneven. They should learn also some basic English cause communication is extremely difficult

I had Russian eyelash extensions put in £55 which is quite a good price but I should know but now if you buy cheap you buy twice! I had them put in at first glance they looked nice very full but then realised she had put a lot of glue at the root and told her this, she said it will be fine glue will dry up! Went there the next day told them I’m not happy as they look like strip lashes! You can’t put the brush through the lashes from root to end! Anyway they were disgusting she asks me if I was alright in the head the guy that owns the place was not hearing nothing I was saying it was like talking to a brick wall! Didn’t get my money back and they didn’t fix it! Clear to say I will never get my lashes done there!

I am disappointed- the tools were not clean (not even with water, not to mention being disinfected), the salon was dirty and the person doing my nails was quite harsh with my nails, which hurt quite a few times, and did not speak any English, which meant that I needed the assistance of one of her colleagues on quite a few occasions. the manicure did not look bad in the end, but it was an awful experience.
