I like this place apart from the lack of knowledge of appointments in the nail salon part

Very busy with lots of people waiting. Staff did well to accommodate all customers needs even when they were being spoken to rudely.by waiting customers.
That spoils the ambiance. Getting and nails feel and look great.
It wasn't really a manicure. Just a soak off and new polish. No filing or cuticle work

Nails look really nice but unfortunately my cuticles weren't touched at all which is a shame - otherwise would have been perfect. Good value overall but please do cuticles next time!

i did have the wait to be seen after the appointment time and my daughers toe polish was not to statifaction had i not been there they would of left it
