I was very impressed with the service I received, the lady was attentive and consulted me before starting. I have had a lot of attention after the treatment and look forward to going back for a more permanent set in the future. Lovely job and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the salon to others. They have still not sorted out the appointments yet. I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment started before I got seen. Why have the option to book appointments if they are not adhered to???

Now that Dorothy has gone, I won't be returning here. The chemical smell as i walked in was unbearable and i had to ask the therapist to open a window. The Hollywood wax I had was uncomfortable as the wax was far too hot,and some of my skin got ripped off in the process. The facial wasn't great as the salon was filled with screaming kids,and I had to ask her to do extractions, which is a standard part of a deep cleansing facial. It lasted a lot less than an hour too.
