I love this place but there is just one thing that really annoys me and that is that when you book an appointment you expect them to know you are coming and keep the technician available for you for the beginning of your appointment. But they start doing walk-ins and if they haven't finished by the time you get there you have to wait and they have no clue who is booked in and for what and whether you have paid or not. Kind of frustrating!

I am extremely happy with the fill in I had done and am very impressed with them. I had booked a shellac pedicure but as I didn't have a chance to show my confirmation to the staff didn't get. I feel that I was compensated for the mistake by the price being reduced on it. I feel that the pedicure was slightly rushed and I have noticed a slight cut on the toe around the cuticle. I am still very happy with the overall result and will return when my nails need doing again. I am very content with the service provided by the staff whom I find to be happy and attentive to the clients they are providing their skills to.
