Am so happy I found this salon, they have fantastic skills. The great thing is you can have all your treatments done in one place without having to go to different salons. Amazing nail technicians , hair dressers and beauty therapists. I will always have all my treatment s done here. I recommend 100%.

Firstly there was a distinct lack of peacefulness during my facial - no music in the room, just Eminem and Sean Paul blaring through from the main salon. Not ideal when you're trying to relax. My second bugbear with this place is that after a lot of comments from other customers, the main salon is still not as clean as one would want. One positive is that the treatments are very reasonably prices but the main draw of this place is Dorothy - she is an amazing therapist. I'll grin and bear the negatives just for her!

Two comments need attention:
1. the wax itself. great therapist, lovely bedside manner, gentle wax, worth every penny
2. the venue: at first I was a little apprehensive. was my wax going to be done here? is this kinda messy, somewhat ramshackle, hair salon come nail salon with weave remnants on the floor? And im supposed to go into this random bolt on of a back room for the wax?
There is alot that can be learned from creating the ambience that reassures the customer that this is a safe, respectable, high quality salon. Waxing is intimate and luckily I had a great wax (phew!), but it wasn't an experience that initially left me feeling assured.
Plus my appointment hadn't been passed on to the beautician meaning I had to wait 30mins to be seen. I got my Nails done, by a guy who magically rolled a cigarette whilst applying a slick grey. An experience!
