Staff more interested playing his game than doing my nails. Charged £2 more just for matte paint which 6 hours later was still not dry so had to take off and paint myself.

Terrible. Arrived before appointment then waited 25 minutes in view of a stylist only to be told they had no one available and wouldn't honour my booking. No apology. Left after half an hour. Venue was dirty and staff were unfriendly and highly unprofessional. Worst salon experience.
The staff were fine and just doing their job. i was made to feel uncomfortable when another customer walked in with a very bad attitutude and spoke to staff v rudely when they had nothing wrong. i think you should not allow this to happen as its not first time.
Also my appointment was for 10am but shop was not yet open.so had to wait around. Maybe make first appointment 10.15am so iy gives chance for shop to be opened.
Overall loved my nails n staff were accomodating. Thanks.
