Really happy with my hair up do. Hairdresser was friendly and listened to what I had in mind for the style. However price options quite vague and had to pay an additional £10 at salon due to hair length.

Having been a client for many years the staff are like old friends and treat me as such.Even so,my usual stylist, Barbara, never fails to ask me how I want my hair colour/style to be handled at every appointment and is always happy to discuss changes or problem areas,doing her very best to resolve the latter!!If Valencia was not top notch in every respect I certainly would not still be paying them a visit every 4 weeks .Competition is fierce nowadays.There IS no competition in my opinion.

I’ve been in Newcastle 6 years and have finally found my hairdresser. Friendly, concerned about what I wanted and delivered it with a little advice, lots of precision and skill. I love my haircut and the going to the hairdresser was a pleasant experience... not something I’ve often said.
