As always,a friendly welcome,followed by a quick check on how my hair has fared since my last visit and whether or not I wanted anything different this time.
I rarely do but the staff never fail to ask.
My regular stylist was on holiday so my appointment was with Marcia herself.
Being a long standing client Marcia knows how I like things done!
Even so she made regular checks to ensure that the work she was doing was satisfactory,especially the trimming.
My visits to Valencia are always enjoyable,and the end results are always "head turning". (compliments all round from the general public.)
I have been a client for many years now and would not consider another salon.
Professional, friendly and worth it.

I found this place by accident after my previous hairdresser let me down at the last minute and I'm so pleased they did! Emma the stylist was lovely, cut my hair well and offered lots of advice. I've since had lots of comments from friends and family as to how nice it looks. I can't believe after travelling to Team Valley, monksheaton etc I have found this gem on my doorstep 😃. I look forward to returning and will definitely be becoming a regular to the salon
