Arrived for my appt at 11.30am and was shown straight to Rachel's station to discuss what I had in mind for that day's visit. My hair was in bad condition as I had been on holiday. We discussed what I wanted and with Rachel's knowledge and experience of what was possible. I didn't have to compromise on any aspect of what I wanted to achieve. I came away with a fabulous new restyle which is going to make my day to day management of my hair quick and easy. Would highly recommend Valencia to everyone.
