I was fully refund after 4 weeks but this was the worst hair dye I’ve ever had. I asked for a full head of fine highlights in strawberry blonde, I showed reference photos from when I last had it and asked him to colour match my roots to the rest of my hair, I left the salon looking like it had a full head of dye 2 months ago, the highlights didn’t get anywhere near my roots, there were two distinct lines on either side of my parting where the bleach started and I was platinum blonde not strawbe
