asked for very bright blonde, but highlights were even darker than previous ones so there's no blend. i asked for a bright moneypiece, but instead there's just orange streaks in the front that toner won't take. opposite of what i wanted, not wearable

This appointment was for my child she had a great experience and liked her haircut. Valentine was polite &professional, he made sure he understood what my daughter wanted and made her overall experience good. Valentine also bought to my attention that, I had selected a more expensive option and where i could find children’s haircut option for next time.
