I came in for a trim but received a different haircut altogether. Now my hair is an odd shape, with clumpy layers that work with neither the thickness nor texture of my hair. I didn't notice it at the salon because I had a fancy blow-dry but when the curls subsided, the layers just look like unrelated clumps.
