The place was great and my hairdresser Sebastian fantastic. My only complaint is that the receptionist asked me to pay £20 after the cut as I'd had a conditioning treatment (which I had already paid for on Wahanda). After I showed her my booking confirmation she didn't argue this further but it wasn't the best way to end an otherwise very good experience.
