The staff was very polite and efficient. The waxing was quick and extremely effective ! I was scared it would hurt a lot, but the aesthetician made sure she ended it quickly and cleanly. Would come again.

I asked for a brazilian and that's pretty much what she did but when I checked the finish after she had left me to get changed I noticed that she hadn't fully got everything and there wasn't an opportunity to call her back to finish it. The lady who did it was lovely but I would have appreciated her asking if I was happy before she effectively finished the appointment.
