I have been looking for a new hairdresser for a while now. Valentino London is by far one of the best places I have ever been to and is Where I will be returning to from now on. The staff were incredibly attentive, very welcoming and their professionalism was evident from start to finish. I was made to feel at home from the minute I walked in. Such an incredible atmosphere. I couldn't recommend them enough.

The staff was wonderful but the pedicure was nothing special. Lovely environment for relaxing. Need better equipment to do a proper pedicure.

I haven't changed salon or hairdresser in about 4 years, because I was moderately happy and pretty nervous about trying someone new. It had been 4 months since my last cut and my hair was super thick, long and unruly... Todor did an absolutely amazing job at taming my mane! He understood exactly what I wanted, was polite and funny (no forced or awkward conversation) and it was such a great experience. In fact all the staff I came in contact with were smiley, warm and welcoming. I am so happy to have found a hairdresser I trust. Thanks to everyone at Valentino for a wonderful experience from start to finish - see you soon!

Got the Brazilian Keratin treatment and hair is silky, manageable and moves with so much ease! Lifesaver for coarse, wavy or incredibly thick hair.

Amazing! Staff was friendly and professional and very thorough. My therapist was excellent and I will most definitely be back to see her again, for a massage and for other treatments as well! Thank you!
