I came to this salon straight after Richard Ward celebrity salon. Richard Ward is a hairdresser who cut my hair and is a hairdresser of Kate Middleton and of many other celebrities. Richard recommended me to have a keratin treatment done with his senior technician. It costed me £315 and he (the technician) ruined my beautiful hair - he used too many repetitions with the hot iron on each section of my hair so after the first wash I started having my hair breaking into small pieces and falling. That was a complete disaster. I had to fix it and decided to try a keratin treatment again but by a professional. Then I found this salon through reading reviews and decided to give it a try. The whole impression from the beginning to the end was a 5* experience. The Italian lady did the treatment and she is superb. I explained her my problem: ruined, over processed, damaged hair. She was so gentle with my hair, she even blow dried them in such a way not to damage them. She did only a couple of repetitions with the hot iron not to worsen my problem and the result was astonishing! Today is the 3rd day after the treatment - I just washed my hair and I am over the moon! They are back! My gorgeous shiny silky full of live hair! Urah! Thank you ever so much! From now on I am your regular client. The keratin treatment at the celebrity Richard Ward salon is by far inferior to this one not to mention that they are unprofessional in using hot iron. Valentino is the number one for Keratin treatment. I tested it and have an absolute confidence to say it. Valenitno - you are the absolute best!

Clean premises, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere. My hair looks and feels great. First time trying the Brazilian Blow Dry Keratin Treatment and I have to say I am very happy with my result; would definitely recommend and return!

Everything was perfect, minus the wet paint that I almost sat on and for all over my hand, however the staff were very helpful in taking care of the issue, not to mention the haircut was really good. Will definitely be coming back.

Was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Giulia (Stylist) greeted me and made me feel welcome. She did a quick hair consultation and informed me about what is going to happen. I got offered something to drink and we began the procedure. I have had it done before at other salons and must say she was very thorough.
Love my hair, very smooth and looks healthier. Still have to wash it, but already feel good.
