Great salon in Kensington. Staff are friendly but professional. Really fast waxing session makes it easy to pop in during a lunch break without the speed compromising on skill or "attention to detail".

I really enjoyed my first experience at Valentino. Natalya was really good. Unlike most stylists she actually listened to what I wanted and gave me advise without imposing her views .Everything turned out just as I wanted, the colour, the cut. The general ambience was pleasant and relaxed. I felt very good, even though I find going to the beauty salon a rather stressful experience. A bit like going to the dentist.... But not this time. I am pretty sure that I will go back whenever I need to do something to my hair. Unless some dramatic changes occur (crazy prices, strange staff replacing the current one) I do see myself making it my go to place for hair.
