The stylist, Claudia, was friendly and pleasant. Sje was confident in her practice and I was delighted with the result. The trainee , Megan, who washed my hair was asp friendly and considerate. ha salon was a little sparse and dull, but I would certainly return as the quality of the hairdressing was very good.
Very nice hairdresser- love the colour of my highlights and a good tidy up haircut. I'll BA back
I was extremely happy with my haircut & colour by Valerio and his trainee; they exceeded my expectations and made me feel comfortable and confident in their skills at all times. The salon has a great atmosphere and is very clean and inviting - and the mulled wine was an added benefit. This will be my favourite salon from now on!
I had hair cut, blow dry and half head highlight. I am completely satisfied with the services I got. It is really 5 star hair salon :). Valerio is very polite and professional. He cut and blow dry my hair. Great to have new look in Christmas and new year.
I arrived 15 minutes early, but was taken straight to the chair which was good, the girl however didn't introduce herself, I had to ask what her name was. Her English was ok but not great, therefore I was a bit worried we would have some mis-communications. For the highlights I would not class what I received as half a head, I've had highlights for as long as I can remember & what I received was more like T-bar, the top & some at the front if I tie my hair up. For the price though it's hard to complIn. The result of the highlights was a little stripy on the top because the stylist didn't use the weaving technique. i have thick hair so I asked for it to be thinned out a little. Normally this means stylists will cut into it from the bottom a bit, however the stylist here twirled my wet hair & then used the thinning scissors to chop into each sections 3 or 4 times, to which I was really worried I would hardly have any hair left!! So, as nice as the girl was I do feel she was a little inexperienced & maybe not trained up to UK techniques because she was Italian, I do not know any UK trained hairdresser that uses thinning scissors in that way now!
