I did have to wait for 30 mins as the previous client was still being attended to. But once I was seen, my treatment was really good. So overall I was happy.

Disappointed at the level of attention by Valerio. He passed me to Matteo to dry my hair as he had to go back to his flat for something but he didn’t return by the time Matteo had finished the blow dry. This meant I missed out on that final check and cut resulting in some unevenness. Time for a change of hairdresser who will be more focussed on the current customer.
