Atrocious, in a word. I actually had to book an appointment elsewhere to fix what was done. Staff need to concentrate on the work they're meant to be doing on a clients hair, not phone calls or visits from family members. Those covered approximately 95% of my visit, and I ended up with something that looked like a mullet as a result. I wish I was exaggerating - I'm not.

I always go to Valerio, he’s really good and not too expensive. I used to go to more fancy salons and the quality of the haircut here is way better as at the fancy salons you always get the very junior hairdresser. Highly recommended.
