Short notice important haircut. Valerio was superb, professional whilst putting me at ease and bringing my hair back to life.
He listened to what I wanted and replicated it exactly with a few ideas himself which he okayed with me first.
In limited time he managed to finish my hair beautifully as well and I had compliments all day afterwards.
I struggle cognitively and with pain and he helped make it a pleasant experience. My husband and daughter arrived near the end and were welcomed.
