Last minute booking as I urgently needed a sprucing up before a family gathering, excellent service, so friendly, and marvellous cut. I've come out feeling like the real me again, thank you everyone, really wonderful.

Thought I would try a new salon, I had a nice enough experience but not like in other salons. My neck was really sore after my visit due to my head being pulled sideways when I had die applied. I came away with a side fringe when I just asked for a wee bit of feathering and the front of my hair is caramel and the back of it is really light blond. I've spent a further £20 since my appointment fixing it. And on the day I wasn't told that the toner would be an extra £20 on top until it was too late and I was walking out the door! The staff were nice enough though I think they just missed the point a little bit.
